3. Defective Products:
- If you receive a defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images and a description of the issue. We will assess the problem and offer a suitable resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
4. Order Cancellations:
- Cancellations of orders are only accepted within 24 hours of order confirmation. After this period, cancellations will not be processed, and the advance payment will be forfeited.
5. Changes to Customized Orders:
- Changes to any customized order details, including fabric, embroidery design, and size, will only be accepted within 48 hours of order confirmation. No modifications will be accommodated beyond this timeframe.
6. Final Sale:
- All sales are considered final once the product has been delivered and no defects have been reported within the specified time.
7. Ready-to-Wear Purchases:
- For products purchased from our ready-to-wear collection (already listed on Saffron by Mishal), exchanges are possible within 24 hours of delivery. We do not offer refunds for these items, but you may exchange them for another product of equal or higher value. Any difference in price must be paid at the time of exchange.
